Aarthi Scans and Labs successfully Implements Robotic Process Automation Solutions in partnership with BOT Mantra

Aarthi Scans and Labs, one of the largest providers of diagnostic services pan India, have successfully implemented Robotic Process Automation solutions in partnership with BOT Mantra, to realize considerable operational efficiencies. Aarthi Scans has embarked on a digital transformation journey, to transform their operations with Intelligent Automation Technologies. The current implementation involved automating multiple critical processes leading to seamless, error-free processing, improved operational efficiencies and customer delight.

During the ongoing journey, several crucial processes have been automated, including the following:

  • (a) Automating manual and repetitive steps in Revenue cycle management, where reports and bills are sent to payers for easing and quickening payments.
  • (b) Prebilling for corporate clients including the end-to-end process from registering new patients, validating test packages, and generating pre-billing credit bills, so that corporate customers do not have to wait at the test centres for their bills.
  • (c) Generating measurements and draft reports from DICOM SR files where the scan related image files for specific tests are read, data is extracted, validated and pre-defined custom test reports generated.
